Looking for 3D Talent or 2D Illustrators

I am looking for individuals to contract to work for my business designing and working on Game Development Materials. (UI, Icons, 3D Models, Concept Art, Etc). I know doing a lot of projects by myself takes a lot of time. So why not pay someone else to work on the materials.
